How do I get the sounds?

Once your payment is confirmed, the files are available under “My downloads” in your account.

Which payment methods can I use?

Payment accepts card and Pix (the Brazilian instant payment method).

Will it work on my computer and software?

Each product lists the system (Mac or Windows) and the minimum software version in the “Software requirements” section. Please check it before buying.

Can I use them in services, recordings and performances?

Yes. The license is personal and lets you use the products in your music, services, recordings and performances, including commercial ones. Reselling or redistributing the files is not allowed.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Yes. You can cancel within 7 calendar days after payment is confirmed by asking through the support email, as provided by Brazilian consumer law.
